I spent more than 20 years inside businesses, five years running the day to day of a family owned limousine startup as its General Manager, more than a decade building and operating a masonry and construction business. I know what a payroll week feels like, what a quiet month does to a plan, and why an owner ends up holding everything. I'm early in my acquisition journey and I don't pretend otherwise. What I bring to the table is operating understanding, seriousness, and respect for what you've built.
