Speaking

An emerging platform, built on lived experience.

Not a decades-old keynote career, and I won't present it as one. What I bring is what I've actually lived: operating businesses through good years and hard ones, and the unfinished work of learning to buy, invest and lead at a different level.

Topics

  • The Operator-to-Owner Journey

What changes when you stop running the business and start owning the asset.

  • Building Businesses by Design

Systems, structure and the decision to stop being the bottleneck.

  • The Courage to Become

Growth as a practice: doing the thing before you feel ready.

  • Acquisition Thinking

Looking at a business the way a buyer does, even if you never buy one.

  • Business Ownership, Honestly

Payroll, cash flow, pressure, the parts rarely spoken about publicly.

  • Building Generational Wealth

Assets, ownership and options handed forward rather than advice.

  • Potential

Why most people, businesses and opportunities are undervalued.

  • From Surviving to Building

The shift from getting through the year to building on purpose.

Where I'm useful

Rooms of owners, operators and people mid-transition.

Business events, panels, masterminds, industry groups and private rooms where an honest account of ownership, including the parts people avoid saying out loud, is more useful than a polished success story.

Public speaking was one of my biggest fears. I do it anyway, because becoming capable of the next level is the work, not a side effect of it.

Let's talk

An open line, not a sales funnel.

Most of what matters in business starts as a conversation with someone who has actually run one. If any of this is relevant to where you are, write to me directly.
